接起来电话以后——

"Hello.""Hi.""Good morning."

就是平时打招呼的都可以。

如果对方没报名字，电话也没有显示，你问他是谁——

"Can I have your name, please?" 

" Who's that speaking?" 

"May I ask who's calling?"

如果你感觉像是xxx，但是不确定——

"Is that xxx speaking?"

千万不要说"Who are you?"，尴尬能溢出电话。

如果他找的就是你，可以说直接说——

"Speaking."

小编觉得这个回答太酷了，从来没用过。每次都是老老实实回答——

"Yes, this is xxx." 

"That's me."

我看美剧里也会说——

"You're talking to him/her."

如果他找的不是你，是你旁边的人——

"Hold on, please." 

"Hold the line, please. " 

扭过去对他找的人说——

"It's for you."

如果他找的人现在不在——

"Sorry, he/she isn't here." 

"Sorry, he/she is out."

或者说明他在干什么——

"He/She's ...... now"

或者说明他正在和别人打电话—— 

"I'm afraid his/her line is engaged."

出于礼貌，可以问一下对方要不要留言——

"Would you like to leave a message?” 

"Could I take a message for you?"

他要留言，直接说——

"Go ahead, please."

或者是你得拿纸笔记下来，可以说——

"Hold on, please. Let me find a piece of paper (a pen)."

或者你怕听错，希望他可以一会儿再打过来，可以说——

"Excuese me, my English is not very good. Could you please call back later?"

如果是对方打错电话了，可以说——

"I'm sorry, I'm afraid that you've got a wrong number."

如果自己忙，需要别人帮你接一下电话，可以说——

"xxx, could you please answer the phone for me?"

打电话也是直接说——

"Hello."

如果是你打过去，听到对方接起来，应该先自报家门——

"This is xxx （speaking）."

一般不说"I'm ......""My name is ......"

然后确认对方——

"Is xxx there, please?" 

"May I speak to xxx?"

那如果是比较亲密的话，可以说——

"Hello, it's me. I was wondering if after all these years you'd like to meet to go over everything~~~

如果你找的人不在，你想留言——

"Can I leave a message?"

"Could you please take a message for me?" 

或者让你找的人回电话——

"Could you please tell him/her to call me back later?"

或者想知道他什么时候回来——

"Do you know when he will be back?"

如果你发现你拨错电话了——

"Sorry, I've dialed the wrong number."

111——triple one

1111——double one，double one（不是four one）

声音太小——

"Sorry, could you please speak up, please."

没听清——

"Sorry, I can't hear you very well, could you repeat what you just said?"

"Sorry, I did't get it, could you repeat that, please."

"Sorry, I did't follow it, could you say it again?"

"Sorry, I'm not sure I understand, could you explain it, please."

 确认自己理解的是否正确——

"Do you mean that ......"
