专业特色

这两个专业都得到了CIPD(英国特许人事发展协会)的认证，毕业之后，可以向CIPD申请成为专业会员。

International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations更关注全球范围的HRM，而Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations则更关注单个国家内的HRM。
